Cancellation Policy

A $95 deposit will be charged to schedule the service. The deposit will be held until service is complete, at which time the deposit will go towards the total billed service(s). The deposit is fully refundable UNLESS service is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time, OR preexisting issue(s) with the vehicle prevents the technician from performing the service. Rescheduling is available until 12 hours before the scheduled service, at which time the service must be Canceled and Rebooked. In rare cases the technician may encounter an existing issue with the vehicle that causes them to be unable to perform PART, or ALL, of the scheduled service(s). All service(s) unaffected by the issue will be completed as scheduled. In these uncommon cases, clear explanation of the issue and the affected service(s) will be provided to the customer and the affected service(s) will not be charged. However, if the existing issue prevents the technician from performing ALL of the scheduled service(s) the $95 deposit will be withheld to cover travel and diagnostics costs and will NOT be refunded to the customer.
